| Obituary- Cullen, John JOHN JOSEPH CULLEN
John Joseph Cullen, 43, a former resident of Rossville died July 20 at Needles, Calif., after he was stricken with a heart attack.
A resident of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Mr. Cullen was on his return home from a trip into Oregon when he died. He was born November 12, 1911, in Junction City. A veteran of World War II, he served three years in Japan and Korea. He was a shoe maker by trade.
He is survived by his wife, Eve Cullen of the home; four daughters, Carol Sue, Nancy Jean and Sarah Jane, all of the home; and Mrs. Jack McDermott, Wichita; and a sister, Mrs. Anne Holz of St. Marys.
Funeral services were held on Mon day morning at the Verschelden Funeral home with interment in St Patrick’s cemetery, Chapman.
