| Obituary- Cunningham, John John Cunningham Killed in Germany
Pfc. John V. Cunningham, twenty-five-year-old infantryman whose two brothers and four sisters have served in World War II, was killed in action in Germany March 24, the War Department has notified his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Cunningham, Delia.
Formerly employed by the Union Pacific Railroad, Private Cunningham entered service in August, 1944, and went overseas in December after taking basic training at Camp Robinson, Ark.
Besides his parents, Cunningham is survived by three brothers, Staff Sgt. James C. Cunningham and Corp. David G. Cunningham, now in Germany, and Rafael of Delia; and four sisters, Lieut. Delia A. Cunningham, Seattle, Wash., and Lieut. Lenore Cunningham, New Orleans, La., of the Army Nurse Corps; Mrs. Philip V. Farrell and Mrs. Chester F. Singer of Topeka, both of whom have served in the ANC.
Memorial services will be held at 8 a. m. Sunday in the Sacred Heart Church in Delia.
