| Obituary- Cunningham, Patrick P.J. CUNNINGHAM
Patrick J. Cunningham, 88, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charles Williams, of Silver Lake, Saturday night. He was horn in County Mayo Ireland, March 12, 1849, and came to Kansas in 1870, living on a farm in Jefferson county until 1903, when he moved to a farm near Silver Lake. He retired from the farm in 1914, moving to Topeka, where he resided until four years ago when he came to make his home with his daughter.
Surviving him are Charles W. Cunningham, of Nortonville; Mrs. C.D. Williams of Silver Lake; William J. Cunningham and Mrs. Agnes Neiswender, of Topeka; twenty-eight grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren.
The body lay in state at the Williams home in Silver Lake until the funeral hour, 9 o’clock Tuesday morning. Services were held at the Holy Name Church, Topeka. Burial was in Mount Calvary cemetery.
