| Obituary- Edwards, Francis Francis M. Edwards
Francis M. Edwards, 67, Silver Lake, died this morning in a Topeka hospital where he was admitted March 5.
He was born May 1, 1910, at Delia and lived in Junction City for 24 years be¬fore moving to Silver Lake in Septem¬ber 1977.
He was a welder for Union Pacific Railroad for 43 years before retiring in 1974.
Mr. Edwards was a member of First Baptist Church, Silver Lake, and Union Pacific Oldtimers Club.
He was married to Geraldine Queen, on July 27, 1940, at Topeka. She sur¬vives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Sandra Nakoneczny, 1184 Mulvane; a sisters, Mrs. Vera Smith, Springfield, Mo., and three grandchil¬dren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Davidson-Duff Funeral Home. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, north of Silver Lake.
Mr. Edwards will lie in state after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
