    Mrs. Elizabeth J. Ellis
    Mrs. Elizabeth J. Ellis, 72, 4200 Drury Lane, died Monday, Feb. 24, at her home.
    Mrs. Ellis worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield 27 years before she retired in 1977.
    She was born July 19, 1913, in Topeka, the daugh¬ter of Isaac and Jessie Melton Robinson. She spent her life in Topeka.
    She was a member of First Con¬gregational Church and the Womens’ Fellowship at the church, and of the VIP Club at Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
    She was married to Frank Ellis in 1939. He died Nov. 20, 1965.
    Survivors include two sons, Dar¬rell G. Johnson and Lanny W. Ellis, both of Topeka; five sisters, Iona Johnson and Ina Patterson, both of Topeka, Lois Pfeffer, Puyallup, Wash., Doris Gordon, Everett, Wash., and Marcelle Lambert, Delia; two brothers, Malcolm Robinson Sr. and William Robinson, both of Tope¬ka; and three grandsons.
    Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Congregational Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational Church, 1701 Collins, 66604; or to the Kansas Heart Association, 5375 W. 7th, 66606.
