    T. Earl Decker
    T. Earl Decker, 87, Topeka, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1992, at a Topeka care home.
    Mr. Decker owned and operated Decker Oil Co. He established the company in 1928.
    He was born Aug. 21, 1905, in DeniŽson, the son of Thompson and IsaŽbelle Akwright Decker.
    Mr. Decker was instrumental in esŽtablishing the Topeka Oilmen's Club.
    He was married to Reba A. Oden June 10, 1928, in Topeka. She died Oct. 27, 1956. He was married to Louis Maxine Berry June 8, 1957 in Alma. She died in June, 1976.
    Survivors include a son, Frank Decker, Topeka; a daughter, Doris Welch, Silver Lake; a stepson, DonŽald Berry, Tecumseh; a stepdaughter, Barbara Rainey, Muncie, Ind.; a brother, Ernest Decker, Rossville; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Newcomer-Diffenderfer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Decker will lie in state after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
