Dibbern, 19, both of the Delia neighborhood, were granted a license to wed Wednesday by the probate judge at Topeka. Mrs. Dibbern is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Banta. She was formerly one of the "Central" girls at Delia.
  		Anniversary- Dibbern, Henry and Mabel 1 Dibberns to Celebrate Golden Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dibbern will be guests of honor at an open house to be held at Myron Green’s in Topeka on Sunday, June 9, 1974, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., honoring their 50th wedding anniversary. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. The couple requests that no gifts be presented. The later years have been spent in Topeka where Mr. Dibbern was employed by the Kansas Power and Light Company before his retirement.

He is retired from Kansas Power & Light, Tecumseh.

They have 13 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and one great- great grandchild. Henry Dibbern and Mabel Banta were married June 4, 1924, in Delia. Mr. Dibbern is retired from Kansas Power and Light Co. Mrs. Dibbern had been employed by Hollywood- Maxwell, an apparel maker.

  Obituary- Dibbern, Harold Harold E. Dibbern Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Harold E. Dibbern, 45, 2405 Lower Silver Lake Road, a Topekan for 30 years, who died Wednesday at his home after he suffered an apparent heart at¬tack. He was born Nov. 8, 1924, at Delia. He was graduated in 1943 from Washburn Rural High School and served in the Army in Germany during World War II. He was a member of the Trinity Lodge No. 27, AF&AM, at Weaverville, and Scottish Rite Bodies at Topeka. He had been employed for five years at Topeka Radiator and Body Works. He was married Nov. 8, 1946, to Wilma M. Frederick, who survives at home. Other survivors include two sons, Harold G. Dibbern and Richard A. Dibbern, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Dibbern and his grandmother, Mrs. Merte Ban¬da, all of 2113 Lower Silver Lake Road; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Crow, 2336 Wayne, Mrs. Avis Bratton, Collinsville, Okla., Mrs. Shirley Ross, 2412 Shunga Drive, and Mrs. Geneva Whitfield, Mishiwaka, Ind., and a brother, Floyd H. Dibbern, 2001 Lower Silver Lake Road. Masonic graveside services and burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. DIBBERN, HAROLD E.— Age 45, 2405 Lower Silver Lake Road. Passed away May 27, 1970.
