    LANDIS-DOLEZILEK
    A romance which started during their student days in Rossville high school culminated Saturday in the marriage of Miss Grace Landis and Mr. Hubert Dolezilek.

    The wedding occurred at 7:30 last Saturday morning in the Immaculate Conception Catholic church in St. Marys. Only the immediate relatives of the young people witnessed the ceremony.

    Mr. Dolezilek is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Dolezilek living in the northeast corner of Rossville township. He graduated from Rossville high school with the class of 1923. He has been employed for some time in the sheet metal department of the Santa Fe shops in Topeka.

    Mrs. Dolezilek is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Landis of Grove township Since her graduation with the class of 1922, she taught one term at Medicine Lodge and last year in the Prairie Vale school in her home neighborhood.

    Following the ceremony a reception was held for the wedding party at the Anthony Dolezilek home.

    Mr. and Mrs. Dolezilek will be “at home” to their friends on Lake street in Topeka after they return from a wedding trip to Chicago.

    HUBERT DOLEZILEK
    Hubert Dolezilek, 32, died at the Santa Fe hospital Sunday morning after a few days illness with pneumonia.
    Mr. Dolezilek was born at the Dolezilek home place four miles northeast of Rossville, October 5, 1900, and had made his home in this county all his life. He had been an employee of the sheet metal department of the Santa Fe shops since 1923.
    Mr. Dolezilek graduated from the Rossville high school with the class of 1923.
    He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Elizabeth Dolezilek; a son, Harold Hubert; two daughters, Mary Margery and Patricia Joan, all of Topeka; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Dolezilek, St. Marys; two brothers, Stanislaus J. Dolezilek, Rossville; and Phillip Albert Dolezilek, St. Marys; two sisters, Mrs. Gabriella Agnes O’Donnell, Topeka; and Miss Blanche Clara Dolezilek, St. Marys.
    Funeral services were held at the Holy Name church, Tenth and Clay streets, Topeka, Tuesday morning at: 9 o’clock. Burial was in Mount Calvary cemetery, at St. Marys.
    Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cless, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shenk, Mrs. Abe Shenk, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Erb, Mr. and Mrs. Prentis Dehart, Mr. and Mrs. Laverne Spears were in Topeka, Monday to attend the funeral of Hubert Dolezilek.
