    Beth E. Hartzell
    Beth E. Hartzell, 86, Tyler, Texas, formerly of Rossville and Topeka, died Wednesday, May 12, 1993, at a Tyler nursing home.
    She was born March 16, 1907, in Oklahoma Territory, the daughter of William E. and Wilhemina Tietz Ellis. She lived in Rossville and Topeka most of her life until she moved to Tyler five years ago.
    Mrs. Hartzell was a member of Marvin United Methodist Church in Tyler, Texas.
    She was married to Allyn S. Hartzell in 1929. He died in 1973.
    Survivors include a daughter, June Shull, Tyler, Texas; a son, Kay A. Hartzell, Irving, Texas; a brother, Edward Ellis, Frederick, Md.; and three grandchildren.
    Cremation took place. Memorial services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Marvin United Methodist Church in Tyler. Inurnment is pending. Memorial contributions may be made to Marvin United Methodist Church, 300 W. Erwin, Tyler, Texas, 75702; or to the charity of the donor’s choice. Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home of Tyler was in charge of arrangements.
