    Gerald Grace
    Gerald J. Grace, 69, Topeka, died Tuesday, March 20, 2001, at a Topeka nursing home.

    Mr. Grace had been an X-ray technician, and he sold and repaired ice machines before he retired.

    He was born Aug. 15, 1931, in Delia, the son of Thomas J. and Bernadette M. McMullen Grace.

    Mr. Grace was a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church.

    He married Twila Kisner on Sept. 12, 1964, in Topeka. She died May 13, 1992.

    Survivors include a sister, Alice M. Payne, Hastings, Neb.

    Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Grace will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where a parish rosary will be recited at 6 p.m.

    Memorial contributions may be made to the Archdiocese Retirement Fund and sent in care of the funeral home.
