    William Francis Fitzgerald
    William Francis Fitzgerald, 64, formerly of Mayetta, died Friday, Aug. 26, 1994, at a Rossville nursing home.
    Mr. Fitzgerald worked for Goodyear for 32 years. He was an Air Force veteran and spent 18 months in Japan during the Korean War.
    He was born Jan. 4, 1930, [in/at] Mayetta, the son of James and Edna Oelke Fitzgerald. He was graduated from Mayetta High School in 1949 and had lived in Mayetta most his life.
    Mr. Fitzgerald was a past member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, in Mayetta. He was a member of United Rubber Workers Union Local No. 307 in Topeka.
    He was married to Alma Ray on April 4, 1951, in Dallas. She survives.
    Other survivors include a son, Rich Fitzgerald, Topeka; a daughter, Linda F. Simoneau, Topeka; a sister, Bernice Hayes, Topeka; and a brother, James E. Fitzgerald, Topeka.
    Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be at Mayetta Cemetery in Mayetta.
    A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Huntington's Disease Foundation and sent in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 454,
