• Documents		Obituary- Foster, Luther 1 LUTHER FOSTER Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Parker-Price Mortuary for Luther Foster, 91, Topeka, who died Tuesday, November 6, 1979, at a Topeka hospital. He was born March 23, 1888, in Holt County, Mo., the son of Andrew J. and Hetty Willey Foster. Mr. Foster owned and operated produce stations at Paxico and Rossville until retiring in 1953. He was master of Hesperian Lodge No. Ill, AF&AM, Rossville in 1947, and was a member of Rossville Christian Church. He was married to Ruth Thomas July 4, 1914, at Savannah, Mo. She died July 7, 1933. Survivors include two sons, Donald Foster, Little Rock, Ark., and Richard Foster, Paola; a daughter, Mrs. Arnold Christiason, Topeka; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 22 stepgreat-grandchildren, and four stepgreat-great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery near Paxico.
