    MRS. BELLE HAHN DIES
    AFTER LONG ILLNESS
    Mrs. Alice Belle Hahn, 47, died Saturday morning at her home in Rossville. She was born August 28, 1906, in Illinois and had lived here since 1926.

    She was employed in Topeka at the Hollywood Maxwell Co., until about a year ago. She had been ill for many months with an incurable disease.

    She is survived by her husband, Clarence Hahn of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Virginia Daniels, of Topeka; one son, Samuel F. Hahn, of Maitland, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Edith McGrew, of Topeka, and Mrs. Earl Fairbanks, of Harrison, Ohio; three brothers, Ira H., Frank B., and Walter Thomas, of Harrison, Ohio.

    Funeral services were held Monday at 2:30 p. m. in the Rossville Christian Church, Rev. Ted Satterfield officiating. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Simecka, Bob Rawlings, William Martinek, Ed Besta, Howard Stiles and Omer Van Vleck. Mr. and Mrs. John Hurley, funeral directors, were in charge of arrangements.

    IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY AND STATE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ALICE B. HAHN, aka ALICE BELLE HAHN, aka BELLE HAHN, Deceased
    No. 24459 NOTICE OF HEARING The State of Kansas to all persons concernerd:
    You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the above court by Clarence M. Hahn as widower and one of the heirs-at-law of Alice B. Hahn, also known as Alice Belle Hahn, also known as Belle Hahn, deceased, praying for the determination of descent of the following described real estate in Shawnee County, Kansas, to-wit: An undivided one-half interest in the following: Lots 121, 113, 125 and 127 on Orange Street in the City of Rossville; and all other property, real and personal, or interest therein, owned by the said Alice B. Hahn, also known as Alice Belle Hahn, also known as Belle Hahn, at the time of her death, and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 30th day of October, 1959, at ten o’clock, A.M., of said day, in said court in the City of Topeka, Shaw¬nee County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
