Mr. and Mrs. Marlin L. Harth, Bella Vista, Ark., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary July 1 with a reception at the Rossville Christian Church from 2 to 4 p.m.
Hosts will be their children and families: Jim and Janet Dodge, Rossville; and Chuck and Vicky Harth, Overbrook.

E. Lorene Harth, 88, Topeka, died Tuesday, June 22, 2004, at Stormont-Vail Healthcare, Topeka.
She was born June 21, 1916, in Rossville, the daughter of Shirley O. and Edna M. James Parr.
She had lived in Topeka since the fall of 1995. She grew up in the Rossville community and graduated from Rossville High School in 1934. She graduated from Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Topeka in 1939.
She had been a nurse in Topeka for several years. She was a cashier for Peoples State Bank, Rossville, and later for First Security Bank, Overbrook, where she worked for many years before she retired.
Mrs. Harth had lived in Topeka and later in Kansas City, before moving to Rossville in 1946. She moved to Overbrook in 1959, and to Bella Vista, AR in 1979. She moved back to Topeka in the fall of 1995.
She was a member of the Southwest Christian Church, Topeka.
Mrs. Harth was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, having been a member of Amaryllis Chapter 321 in Rossville, which consolidated with Loyal Chapter 176 in Silver Lake. She was a member of Christ Hospital Nursing Alumni As¬sociation, Topeka.
She married Marlin L. Harth on September 3, 1939, in Topeka. He died March 23, 2004.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Dodge, Rossville; a son, Charles Harth, Overbrook; three sisters, Tho ra Stadler, Tucson, AZ, Maxine Stadler, Yakima, WA, and Thelma Martin, Topeka; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Her service was at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rossville Christian Church. Burial was in Rossville Cemetery. The family received friends Friday evening at Piper Funeral Chapel, Rossville.
