| Obituary- Hladky, Joseph Joseph E. Hladky
EMMETT - Joseph E. Hladky, 81, Emmett, died Wednesday at an Onaga hospital.
He was born March 19, 1899, at Delia, the son of Edward E. and Albina Macha Hladky, and lived at Emmett most of his life.
Mr. Hladky was a carpenter and handyman in the Emmett community.
He married Nettie M. Baker Sept. 13, 1956, at McHenry, N.D. She died Dec. 11, 1978.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Kristina Luttig and Mrs. Inez Devader, both of Holton, and Mrs. Bernice Morgan, Port Angeles, Wash.; and six brothers, Edward Hladky, in California, Erman E. Hladky, Gillette, Wyo., Lenard Hladky, Corning, Calif., Floyd D. Hladky, Soldier, and Garnett J. Hladky and Howard E. Hladky, both at Emmett.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Verschelden Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will be in St. Clere Cemetery, north of Emmett. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
