    Margaret A. Hladky
    Margaret A. Hladky, 89, Topeka, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1993, at a Topeka nursing home.

    Miss Hladky worked on the family farm in the Delia community many years. She also worked at W.T. Grants and Tennpenny cafes before she retired.

    She was born Oct. 14, 1904, in Delia, the daughter of Charles and Anna Macha Hladky.

    Miss Hladky was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

    Survivors include four sisters, Elsie Hladky, Mildred Becher and Betty Kaberline, all of Topeka, and Maxine Grimes, Norfolk, Va.; and three brothers, Loren Hladky and Donald Hladky, both of Topeka, and Lee Ladd (Hladky), Elyria, Ohio.

    Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Miss Hladky will lie in state from 2 until 9 p.m. today at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home where rosaries will be recited by Daughters of Isabella at 6 p.m. and the Parish at 6:30 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 2nd and Van Buren, 66604.
