    William Hladky
    EMMETT – William Alfred Hladky, 70, Route 1, Emmett, was found dead Tuesday morning in his pickup truck which had run off a Jackson County road about 2 ½ miles east of St. Clere. An autopsy showed he had an apparent heart attack.

    He was born Sept. 8, 1905, at Delia and spent most of his life in the Delia and Emmett communities.

    He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church at Emmett.

    Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Christina Luttig, Arrington, Mrs. Helen Luttig, Belvue, Mrs. Ines DeVader, Holton, and Mrs. Bernice Morgan, Port Angeles, Wash.; and seven brothers, Joe E. Hladky, Garnett Hladky, and Howard Hladky, all of Emmett, Edward E. Hladky, St. Marys, Erman Hladky, Gillette, Wyo., Leonard Hladky, Corning Calif., and Floyd Hladky, Soldier

    Mercer Funeral Home at Holton is in charge of arrangements.

    He was born Sept. 8, 1905, at Delia, the son of Edward E. and Albina Macha Hladky, and spent mort of his life in the Delia and Emmett communities.

    He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church at Emmett.

    Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Christina Luttig, Arrington, Mrs. Helen Luttig, Belvue, Mrs. Ines DeVader, Holton, and Mrs. Bernice Morgan, Port Angeles, Wash.; and seven brothers, Joe E.     Hladky services – HOLTON – Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Mercer Funeral Home here for William Alfred Hladky, 70, Route 1, Emmett, who was found dead Tuesday in his pickup truck which had run off a Jackson County road about 2 ½ miles east of St. Clere. An autopsy showed he apparently had a heart attack.

    Burial will be in St. Clere Cemetery north of Emmett.

    He was born September 8, 1905 at Delia, the son of Edward E. and Albine Macha Hladky, and spent most of his life in the Delia and Emmett communities.

    He was an Army veteran of World War II, and was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church at Emmett.
