    Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Hogan
    Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Hogan, 78, Topeka, passed away Friday, March 4 ,2011 surrounded by her family.

    Betty was born in St. Marys KS November 26, 1932 the daughter of Wayne William and Agnes Marie (DeDonder) Huntsman. She graduated from St. Marys High in 1950. Betty married Merlin “Mike" Hogan on November 28, 1951 in St. Marys, he preceded her in death in 2006. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. Betty was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

    Survivors include three sons, Michael Hogan (Marlene), Topeka, Rodney Hogan (Carla), Topeka, Scott Hogan (Margie), Auburn; three daughters, Vickie Brobst (Paul), Auburn, Lori Kokenge (Randy), Topeka and Nancy Musick (Mike), Overbrook. Other survivors include 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; three sisters, Peggy Seele, Texas, Judy Carlson, St. Marys, Deannie Kovar, St. Marys; and a brother, John Huntsman, Texas.

    Cremation has taken place. Visitation with family will be Monday March 7, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 5973 SW 25th St. Topeka KS 66614, where a parish rosary will be prayed at 5:30. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the church. Inurnment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
