    Arthur E. Hopkins
    LAWRENCE - Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rumsey Funeral Home here for Arthur E. Hopkins, 74, Lawrence, who died Sunday in a Lawrence hospital.

    He was born Jan. 27, 1903, in Oklahoma, and lived in Topeka and Rossville many years before moving to California in 1945.

    He was an electrician and a member of the Church of Christ of Lawrence.

    His widow, Mrs. Ruby Hopkins, survives at the home.

    Other survives include two sons, Robert Hopkins, Los Angeles, and Eugene Hopkins, Midwest City, Okla.; a brother, Walter Hopkins, Route 6, Topeka; a sister, Mrs. Ella Mae Barrett, Florence; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Anna Belle Black, Route 3, Lawrence, and Mrs. Dorothy Mendenhall, Denver; a stepson, Carl Baker, Denver; 15 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.

    Burial will be in McLouth Cemetery.
