Jamieson, deceased No. 15,326 NOTICE OF HEARING State of Kansas to: Loma Jamieson, Lance Jamieson, Gladys Hook, Doris Adams and all other persons interested or concerned in said estate: You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in said court, by Loma Jamieson, who has an interest in the said real estate, hereinafter, described to-wit: The Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of the Northeast Quarter (NE ¼) of Section Thirty-four (34), Township Ten (10), South, Range Thirteen (13), East of the 6th P.M., except the South Ten (10) acres thereof, in Shawnee County, State of Kansas. Praying for the determination by decree of this court, who are the heirs of A.B. Jamieson, deceased, and for the determination of the descent of the real estate, which said decedent owned at the time of his death, which is in the State of Kansas, including the above described real estate, and for the assignment of said real estate to the persons entitled thereto, as of the time of the death of A.B. Jamieson, deceased. And you are notified to file your written defenses thereto, on or before the 8th day of August, 1944, at 10 o’clock a.m. of said day, in said court, at which time and place said cause will be heard.
