| Obituary- Johnson, Riley RILEY D. JOHNSON
Riley D. Johnson, 82, retired farmer, died Sunday at his home at 1217 Lane in Topeka. He was born August 29, 1872, at Silver Lake and was a lifelong resident of Shawnee county. He was a member of the Lowman Memorial Methodist Church, Topeka.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret G. Johnson, of the home: a son, Nelson N. Johnson, Topeka; three daughters; Mrs. Stella Hearick, Mrs. J. F. Hill and Mrs. Laura Mills, all of Los Angeles, Calif.; a brother, Dr. C. A. Johnson, Los Angeles, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. He was an uncle of Earl S. Johnson, Topeka. Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
