    Obituary- Kalcik, Elizabeth
    Mrs. Kalcik, who has lived in this community for many years, died Thursday of heart disease. Mrs. Kalcik had been making her home' with her two sons, Albert and Victor on the old Morris place. It was there that the funeral services were held Saturday afternoon. Burial was made in the Bohemian cemetery. May we express the deepest sympathies to this family in their great sorrow.
    ELIZABETH KALCIK
    Mrs. Elizabeth Kalcik, aged 72 years, 1 month and 28 days, died at her home Thursday, January 12, 1933. She was a native of Bohemia where she was born in 1860. In 1882 she was married to Vaclave Kalcik and nine children were born to this union — 4 boys and 5 daughters. They are: Mrs. Ella Fleck, Wamego; Mrs. Emma Kalcik, Topeka; Mrs. Christina Saia, Delia; Mrs. Anna Saia, Emmett; Mrs. Mary Vacek, Blaine; Mr. Joseph Kalcik, Mr. Albert Kalcik, Mr. Victor Kalcik Mr. Edward Kalcik, Silver Lake.

    She also leaves to mourn her loss 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

    She had lived in this community for the past forty years and was one of the pioneer settlers. She will be mourned by all who knew her. She was a kind, loving mother.

    Mother, May your life devotion be a guide to all of us left. To you, who have gone on before, we pledge you to live as you lived. May your sacrifice be not in vain.
