    Mrs. Blanche L. Kaul
    HOLTON — Mrs. Blanche L. Kaul, 84, Holton, died Friday, May 10, at a Holton hospital.

    She was born June 24, 1900, at Mayetta, the daughter of Bird and Adda Moore Douglas. She lived in Sabetha 28 years before she moved to Holton in 1975.

    Mrs. Kaul was a member of Lake view Faith Chapel, Columbian Chapter No. 152 of the Order of Eastern Star, Tourist Club, Golden Rule Club and CCC Home Demonstration Unit, all at Holton.

    She was married to John Milton Kaul on June 24, 1918, at Holton. He died March 24, 1975.

    Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Smith, Ellenton, Fla., Mrs. Evelyn Kathrens, Rossville, Ind., and Mrs. Lois Taylor, Shawnee; two sons, Donald Kaul, Shelby, Ohio, and Kenneth Kaul, Lindale, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.

    Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mercer Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Holton Cemetery. The family will meet with friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Lakeview Faith Chapel in care of Denison State Bank, Holton, 66436.
