| Obituary- Keller, John L. 1 JOHN L. KELLER
The Delia community is deeply saddened by the death Wednesday, December 17, of Mr. John L. Keller, 78, at Raymond, Washington. He was born March 22, 1880, at Phillipsburg, and was a resident of the Delia community 60 years. He was a member of the Delia Presbyterian Church and the Delia Masonic Lodge of which he was a Charter member. He was a retired carpenter.
He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Don Gresser, Topeka, and Mrs. Evelyn Marquardt, Independence, Mo.; two sons, Clair Keller, Glendale, California, and Kenneth G. Keller, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Alta Thompson, Delia, and Mrs. Lillie Worthington, Rawlins, Wyo.; two brothers, Lindsey Keller, Delia, and Levi Keller, Rossville; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Delia Presbyterian Church by Rev. Robert L. Roughton with burial at the Delia cemetery. Masonic rites were held at the cemetery.
JOHN KELLER DIES
Word has just been received that John Keller of Delia, brother of Lin and Levi Keller, passed away Wednesday afternoon in Raymond. Washington, where he had gone to visit relatives. The funeral will be Monday at 2 pm at the Delia Presbyterian Church with burial in Delia Cemetery. Hurley funeral home is in charge of arrangements. |
