  Obituary- Koons, Joe JOE KOONS Joe Koons, 50, son of Myrtle Koons passed away Saturday Nov. 11, the Veterans Home in Fresno, Calif., after a short illness. He was born and raised in Rossville. but has been away for many years. His last visit borne was about eight years ago. He was a member of Post No. 4 at Fresno and funeral services were held Monday. Burial was in Mount Liberty cemetery.
