    Mrs. Edna Mae Kovar
    Mrs. Edna Mae Kovar, 89, Rossville, died late Wednesday, March 14, 1990, at a Topeka hospital.

    She was born Jan. 26, 1901, in Willard, the daughter of Frank and Olive Grace Everly Lee, and spent her life in the area.

    Mrs. Kovar was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Rossville.

    She was married to Edward C. Kovar Oct. 27, 1923, in Topeka. He died March 8, 1976. A son died in infancy.

    Survivors include four daughters, Mae DeVader, Emmett, Jean Huntsman and Ruth Bunzel, both of Topeka, and Virginia Crupper, Rossville; a son, Ray Kovar, St. Marys; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grand- child.

    Services will be at 10 a m. Saturday at Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mrs. Kovar will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home where relatives and friends will meet from 7 until 8 p.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
