SILVER LAKE — Cleone M. Kraus-Renyer, 91, Silver Lake, died Friday, Oct. 3, at Rossville Valley Manor, Rossville.
She was born April 25,1912, in Nortonville, the daughter of Lloyd and Mabel Teare Rife.
She lived in Nortonville until moving to Topeka in 1918. She moved to Silver Lake in 1973.
She was a clerk in the Title and Registration Department for the state of Kansas for 10 years. She was a member of Silver Lake Senior Citizens Center and XYZ Club in Silver Lake.
She married Ralph L. Kraus and Henry A. Renyer. Both pre¬ceded her in death, as did a daughter, Donna Rhodes-Wiese, and a stepdaughter, Nadine Watson.
Surviving are a daughter,
Karen Brault, Silver Lake; a stepson, Harley Renyer, Silver Lake; four grandchildren; five step- grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and one great- great grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Parker-Price Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Topeka. Mrs. Renyer will lie in state after 3 p.m. Monday at Parker-Price Mortuary, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
