    GEORGE MARNEY DEAD
    FROM HEART ATTACK
    George Marney of Willard died suddenly Saturday afternoon in the office of Dr. Smith, where he had gone to seek relief from a heavy feel¬ing he had in his chest. He had hardly sat down in a chair before he suffered a fatal heart attack and passed away immediately.
    Mr. Marney had been working at Willard during the day but felt so ill he came to Rossville for medical aid.
    The deceased man was 49 years old and had lived practically all his life in the Rossville community. He was the eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Marney of this city. Mr. Marney is survived by his wife, Mrs. M. Marney; 6 sons Verl, George Howard, Charles and Thomas Marney Willard; two daughters, Mrs. Velma Simmons and Miss Mary Marny, both of Willard; five brothers, Howard Marney, Grove; Dudley Marney, Rossville; Clyde Marney, McFarland; Harold and Glenn Marney, Rossville; and two sisters, Mrs. Walter Patton, Rossville; and Mrs. Melvin Maness, Ponca City, Okla.
    Funeral services were held at the Rossville Catholic church, Tuesday morning and burial was made in the Rossville cemetery.
