He was married to Frances Badura June 23, 1920. She died Feb 1, 1986. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Bales, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Macha, Council Grove, and Mrs. Mae Brown, Kansas City, Mo.; and three brothers, Henry Martinek and Bennie Martinek, both of Rossville, and Emil Martinek, Topeka. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mr. Martinek will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at the mortuary. Martinek Albert J.
