    Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Hawkins are parents of the bride, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Martinek, Rossville.

    Attending the bride were Nancy Young and Sarah Henderson, Topeka; Niki Carlson, Dodge City; and Sharon Williams, Bedford, Tex. The bridegroom's attendants were Duane Ma¬tinek and Mick Keller, Rossville; Steve DeBacker, Delia; and Bob Olejnik.

    Mrs. Martinek is a graduate of Lawrence D. Bell High School, Bedford, Tex., and Washburn University. She is employed by USD 501 at Highland Park Junior High School.

    Mr. Martinek was graduated from Rossville High School and Washburn University. He is employed by USD 321, Delia Elementary School.

    Jeremy E. Martinek

    Jeremy E. Martinek, 14 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis E. Martinek, Silver Lake, died Sunday, June 25, 1989, at a Topeka hospital. He had been ill all his life.

    He was born April 21, 1988, in Topeka, the son of Dennis E. and Pamela Sue Hawkins Martinek. He lived all his life in Silver Lake.

    He was baptized at First United Methodist Church in Topeka June 15, 1989.

    Other survivors include a sister, Nicole Martinek, Silver Lake; grandparents, Mrs Helen Martinek, Rossville, and Robert and Marge Hawkins, Topeka; and a great-grandmother, Agnes Martinek, Rossville.

    Services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Jeremy Martinek will lie in state after 5 p.m. today at the mortuary where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

    Services will be Wednesday at Parker-Price Mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends and relatives will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the mortuary.
