Johnson attended the funeral of Mr. Johnson's cousin, Miss Joan Matchett, aged 15, who died in Denver enroute home from California, where she and her mother had visited Charles Matchett who has been in the Naval service for two years. Charles is a baker on a ship where he returned to duty.
