    JOSEPH WORK
    Joseph Sidney Work, 71, died at the Methodist Home for the aged in Topeka, Sunday morning. He is survived by four children: Miss Mamie Work, Topeka; Mrs. Virginia Basquin. Scranton; Mrs. Jennie Neice, Mayetta; and Mrs. Ethel Boyd, Highland Park; and a sister, Mrs. Jessie Gilchrist. Anaconda, Mont. The body was taken to the Penwell chapel The funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Trinity Methodist church. Burial was in Mount Hope cemetery.

    Mr. Work was known to many Rossville people having visited here at various times during the residence of Rev. H. P. Basquin, while the latter was pastor of the local Methodist church.
