    Arnold Wayne McDiffett
    Arnold Wayne McDiffett, 61, Topeka, died Thursday, May 9, 1996, at his home. He had cancer.

    Mr. McDiffett worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

    He was born July 10, 1934, at Dwight, the son of Lorenzo Wallace and Arnolla Keturah Fisher McDiffett. He was graduat¬ed from Dwight High School.

    Mr. McDiffett was a member of the United Methodist Church at Dwight, North Post No. 400 of the American Legion and Rubber Workers Local No. 307.

    He was married to Judy A. Weiler on March 26, 1960, in Topeka. She survives.

    Other survivors include a daughter, Nancy K. Dolezilek, Kenai, Alaska; a son, Richard W. McDiffett, Carbondale; two brothers, Ellis McDiffett, Overland Park, and Earl McDiffett, Rossville; two sisters, Carol Peters and Joanne Evans, both of Dwight; and one grandson.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Davidson Funeral Chapel. Burial with military graveside services conducted by Post No. 400 of the American Legion will be in the Welcome Cemetery at Dwight. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care, 200 S.W. Frazier Circle, Topeka, 66606.
