    Mattie Ketchum
    Mrs. Mattie Ketchum. 89, 2015 E. 10th, died Sunday in a Topeka nursing home where she had been several years.
    She was born Oct. 25, 1880, in Topeka where she spent most of her life except for 15 years in Wyoming and California. She formerly lived at 1109 Van Buren. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
    She was married to Razor Ketchum Jan. 1, 1916. He died March 18, 1931.
    Survivors include a son, Kenneth W. Ketchum, Buenos Aires, Argentina; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Hejtmanek, Delia; two sisters, Ada Paine and Grace Paine, both of 1301 N. Jefferson; and four grandchildren.
    Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Parker Mortuary. Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery. Mrs. Ketchum will lie in state at the mortuary until time of services after which the casket will remain closed.
