    Charles M. McGuire
    Charles M. McGuire, 204 North Knox, Topeka, died late Sunday afternoon in a Topeka hospital. He was a former resident of Rossville township.

    He was born February 26, 1871, in Baytown, Ky., and had lived in this community and in Topeka for about 30 years.

    He leaves to daughters, Mrs. Otis Murphy of St. Marys and Mrs. Lena Heim of Topeka; and three sons, Clyde and James of Topeka and Edward of Kansas City, Mo., nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

    Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Wall-Diffenderfer Funeral Chapel in Topeka, and the body brought to Rossville Cemetery for burial.
