    Leo V. McNeive
    Leon Vincent (Dick) McNeive, 71, 1401 Harrison, died early today in a local hospital.

    Mr. McNeive was born Aug. 14, 1902, at Delia. He had lived in Topeka 12 years and most of his life in the Delia community. He had been employed by the Union Pacific Railroad nine years.

    He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church.

    Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Agnes Pasley McNeive, address not available; a daughter, Kathleen E. McNeive of the home; a brother, Thomas F. McNeive, Hutchinson, and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth McDermott, Hutchinson, and Mrs. Catherine Eakin, Edgerton.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Assumption Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, St. Marys. He will lie in state Sunday at Brennan Funeral Home from2 to 9 p.m., with parish rosary to be recited at 8 p.m.
