    James W. ‘Jim’ Lacock
    RC1SSVILLE --- Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys for James W. “Jim” Lacock, 54, Rossville. He died Thursday, March 17, 1994, while working on his car west of Rossville. Cause of death hasn't been determined.

    Burial will be at the Rossville Cemetery. Mr. Lacock will lie in state after noon today at the funeral home where visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial, contributions may be made to the Rossville Community Library Building Fund.

    ROSSVILLE — James W. “Jim'' Lacock, 54, Rossville, died Thursday, March 17, 1994, while working on his car west of Rossville. Cause of death has not been determined.

    Mr. Lacock was a journeyman electrician. He served two enlistments in the Navy and was discharged in 1969. He then served 12 years in the Kansas National Guard.

    He was born Dec. 10, 1939, at St. Marys, the son of William David and Stella Harriet Justus Lacock. He was graduated from Rossville High School in 1958.

    Survivors include two brothers, Clinton Lacock, Tulare, Calif., and Thomas Lacock, Rossville.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Verschelden Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial will be at the Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rossville Community Library Building Fund.
