| Obituary- LaFromboise, Anna Anna G. LaFromboise
Anna Goldie LaFromboise, 80, Silver Lake, died Wednesday at a Topeka nursing home. She was the grand¬daughter of Joseph LaFromboise, who was chief of the Potawatomi Indian tribe when it moved to Kansas in 1847.
She was born May 6, 1900, at Silver Lake, the daughter of Abraham G. and Florence LaFromboise.
She was graduated from Silver Lake High School in 1919 and was employed in the superintendent’s office at the Santa Fe car service department from 1921 until she retired in October 1969.
Miss LaFromboise was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Ross¬ville.
A niece, Cherie Fabian, Elyria, Ohio, survives.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be in Silver Lake Cemetery. Ro-sary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Parker-Price Mortuary, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Ross¬ville, 66533.
