WADSWORTH – Raymond McPherson, 60, Delia, formerly of 326 Golden, Topeka, died Tuesday in a Wadsworth hospital where he had been a patient several months.
Born Sept. 16, 1906, in Phillipsburg, he had moved to Topeka as a laborer, Mr. McPherson had moved to Delia about four years ago.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Phillipsburg, and was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his father, Frank McPherson, Phillipsburg; three brothers, Denzel McPherson, 2819 E. 2nd, Topeka, Bob McPherson, Phillipsburg, and Fred McPherson, Los Angeles, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Protestant Chapel at the Veterans Administration Center, Wadsworth, with burial in the Wadsworth Cemetery. Larkin Funeral Home, Leavenworth, is in charge of arrangements.
