    GEORGE MILLER DEAD
    George W. Miller, 58, of 1024 College avenue, Topeka, died at the Santa Fe hospital Tuesday night. He had been in the hospital seven weeks and been ill for several months following a stroke of paralysis. He was a Santa Fe office department chief clerk.

    Mr. Miller was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jake W. Miller of this city. He spent his early life in Rossville until his marriage and then took up his residence in Topeka He is survived by his wife and a daughter, Mrs. Helen Thompson Chicago, a brother, Rev. Charles Miller of Buffalo, Mont., and are sister Mrs. Joe Lane of Laramie, Wyoming.

    Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shenk were in Topeka today for the funeral of Geo Miller.

    Mrs. Joe Lane of Laramie, Wyoming arrived in Topeka yesterday to attend the funeral of her brother George Miller, which was held today at the Wall-Diffenderfer [corrected] mortuary at 2 o’clock.
