Aubrey Gene Lambott
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Maple Grove Cemetery at Lecompton for Aubrey Gene Lambott, 65, Birmingham, Ala., formerly of Topeka. He died Jan. 25, 1992, at his home.
Mr. Lambott worked in the Kansas Department of Industrial Relations in Topeka from 1969 to 1974 and later for the Alabama Department of Industrial Relations. He retired in 1991.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in the Pacific Theatre. He received a Purple Heart.
He was born Dec. 6, 1926, at Rossville, the son of Roy and Bertha Jane McCall Lambott. He was graduated
from Hutchinson High School.
He was married to Yvonne Huey in 1949 in First Christian Church in Topeka. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Denise Fuller, Hoover, Ala., and Jenene Braden, Destavia Hills, Ala.; a son, Rick Lambott, Birmingham, Ala.; four sisters, Edelyn Marshall, Sarasota, Fla., Edith Baker, Manilla, the Philippines, Elaine Doby, Denton, N.C., and Wilma Phillips, Willard, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
Ridouts Brown-Service Gardendale Chapel of Gardendale was in charge of Alabama arrangements.
