    Mrs. Hazel E. Lemon
    Mrs. Hazel E. Lemon, 67, Rossville, formerly of Manhattan, died Sunday, Sept. 20, 1987, at a Topeka hospital. She suffered a heart attack.

    Mrs. Lemon worked for Dr. W.D. Hilst at Rossville.

    She was born Dec. 27, 1919, at St. Marys, the daughter of John and Nora Williams Simon.

    Mrs. Lemon was a member of the Christian Church in Rossville.

    She was married to Virgil L. Lemon April 17, 1937, at Manhattan. He survives.

    Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Shirley N. Eagles, Topeka; a brother, Lynn Simon, Manhattan; and two granddaughters.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Parker-Price Mortuary in Topeka. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. The casket will remain closed. Relatives and friends will meet from 7 until 8 p.m. today at the mortuary. Contributions may be made to the Hazel Lemon Memorial Fund yet to be designated by relatives and sent in care of Virgil L. Lemon, P.O. Box 241, Rossville, 66533.
