SEATTLE, Wash. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Blietz Funeral Home here for Mrs. Delia Agnes Lindberg. 73. Seattle. She died Saturday. Aug. 17. at a Seattle hospital.
Mrs. Lindberg served as a nurse at a hospital in Seattle 25 years. Previously she served as an Army nurse during World War II. and was a nurse with the Coast Guard and at a Marine Corps hospital in Seattle before she retired from the military in 1946.
She was born in 1912, at Delia, the daughter of James C. and Katherine Cunningham. She grew up at Delia.
Mrs. Lindberg was a member of King County Retired Nurses Association, member and past matron of Ionia Chapter No. 1973. Order of Eastern Star, and a member of Radiant Chapter of Order of Eastern Star and Hatasu Temple. Daughters of the Nile.
Her husband, George P. Lindberg, surŽvives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Ruth A. Lindberg. Seattle; three sisters. Lenora Cunningham and Mary Aarhus, both of Overbrook, and Katie Farrell, Summerville. Mass.; three brothers. David Cunningham, Vine Grove, Ky., and James Cunningham and Ray Cunningham, both of Topeka: and two grand-children.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery at Seattle. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Shriners Hospitals For Crippled Children.
