    Louise Lundin
    Louise Catherine Lundin, 85, Holton, died Monday September 25, 2000, at a Holton nursing home.

    She was born February 24,1915, in Mayetta, the daughter of George and Antonia Delg Tork. She graduated from Haskell Indian School in Lawrence in 1935. She had lived in the Holton area since 1977. She earlier had lived in Mayetta and Topeka.

    Mrs. Lundin was a member of the Potawatomi Methodist Church west of Mayetta.

    She married Joseph Nocktonick. He preceded her in death. She married Marlin Lundin September 22, 1961, in Topeka. He died December 19,1977.

    Survivors include five sons, Joseph E. Nocktonick, Mayetta, Albert L. Nocktonick, Holton, Ralph E. Nocktonick, Topeka, and Richard Nocktonick and Louie Nocktonick, both of Mayetta; a stepson, Ralph Lundin, St. Marys; a sister, Alberta Salcido, Vancouver, WA; 12 grand-children; and two great-grandchildren.

    Her service was at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mercer Funeral Home, Holton. Burial was in the Mayetta Cemetery. Relatives and friends met from 7 to 8 Wednesday at the funeral home.

    Memorial contributions may be made to the Potawatomi Methodist Church, and sent in care of the funeral home or the church.

    HOLTON — Louise Catherine Lundin, 85, Holton, died Monday, Sept, 25,2000, at a Holton nursing home.

    She was born Feb. 24,1915, in Mayetta, the daughter of George and Antonia Delg Tork. She graduated from Haskell Indian School in Lawrence in 1935. She had lived in the Holton area since 1977. She earlier had lived in Mayetta and in Topeka.

    Mrs. Lundin was a member of the Potawatomi Methodist Church west of Mayetta.

    She married Joseph Nocktonick. He preceded her in death. She married Marlin Lundin on Sept. 22,1961, in Topeka. He preceded her in death Dec. 19,1977.
