    Merrill Lynch
    Merrill Lynch, 57, Topeka, was pronounced dead Tuesday, Jan. 29, 1991, at his home. He had an apparent heart attack.

    Mr. Lynch managed a liquor store. He served in the Navy from 1950 to 1954 during the Korean War.

    He was born July 18, 1933, in Topeka, the son of Paul and Ella Pekarek Lynch. He had lived in California from 1950 to 1961 when he returned to Topeka.

    Mr. Lynch was a member of Philip Billard Post No. 1650 of Veterans of Foreign Wars, North Post No. 400 of the American Legion and a Fraternal Order of Eagles aerie.

    Survivors include a daughter, Darla Jaimez, Topeka; a son, Steven Lynch, Topeka; a half brother, Jesse D. Lynch, Liberty, Mo.; and four grandchildren.

    Mr. Lynch was cremated. Inurnment services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Rossville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Capper's Crippled Children's Fund, 3500 W. 10th, 66604; Stormont-Vail Hospital Cardiac Care Unit, 1500 W. 10th, 66604; or American Heart Association, 5375 W. 7th, 66606. Brennan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
