ROSSVILLE - Blanche A. Norton, 95, Rossville, died Monday in a Topeka hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Rossville Cemetery.
Mrs. Norton was born Nov. 9, 1889, at Dubuque, Iowa, and moved to the Rossville area with her parents as a child. She lived on a farm near Rossville before she moved into Rossville in the early 1940s.
Her first husband, Oscar Hause, preceded her in death. She was married to Earnest Norton Oct. 14. 1932. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a son, Everett Hause.
She is survived by two sons, Glenn Hause, Rossville, and Wayne Hause, Hartsburg, Mo.; a daughter, Rena Bonney, address unavailable,
formerly of Rossville; two stepdaughters, Frances Jetson, Leavenworth, and Lavern Braden, Topeka; 21 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Tibbitts-Griffin Highland Chapel, where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Topeka Hospice, 1522 W. Eight, Topeka, Kan., 66606.
