    Adelbert E. Parker
    Adelbert E, Parker, 83, of 1529 Logan, died Saturday afternoon in a Topeka hospital. He was born in Portage County, Ohio, October 4, 1870. He came to Kansas with his parents as a child, and settled at Fountain Ridge, near Burlingame. He was retired from the Santa Fe Railway in 1943, after 45 years of service. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and an active worker in the First Presbyterian Church in Topeka before moving to Chicago, He returned to Topeka in 1946, to make his home, He was a member of Siloam Lodge No. 225, A.F. & A.M.

    He is survived by a daughter Mrs. Ruth Miller, Oberlin Park, Kan.; two sons, Raymond A. Parker, of Chicago, and Eugene S. Parker, a Topeka funeral director; two sisters, Mrs. Alta Lauman, and Mrs. Lora Bradford both of St. Louis, Mo., and one grandson Richard A. Parker of Chicago.
