    Clyde Parr
    OTTAWA—Clyde L. Parr, 54, Ottawa, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at his home.

    Mr. Parr worked at the COF Training Center in Ottawa.

    He was born Nov. 12, 1947, in Rossville, the son of Joe D. and Donic L. Patton Parr. He was raised in Rossville and attended Rossville schools. He moved to Ottawa 30 years ago.

    Mr. Parr was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville.

    Survivors include two sisters, Jeannine Thompson, Dover, and Joleen Parr, Rossville; and a brother, David Parr, Topeka.

    Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville. Burial will be in Rossville Cemetery. Mr. Parr will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at Piper Funeral Chapel in Rossville, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

    Clyde L. Parr
    Clyde L. Parr, 54, died Friday, August 2, 2002, at his home in Ottawa.

    He was born November 12, 1947, in Rossville, the son of Joe D. and Donic L. Patton Parr.

    He had lived in the Ottawa community the past 30 years. He grew up in the Rossville area and attended Rossville schools. He worked at the C.O.F. Training Center in Ottawa. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville.

    Clyde is survived by two sisters, Jeannine Thompson, Dover, and Joleen Parr, Rossville; and a brother, David Parr, Topeka.

    Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Rossville. Burial was in the Rossville Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday afternoon and evening at Piper Funeral Chapel in Rossville, where a Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m.
