• Documents		Obituary- Raine, William 1 WILLIAM TODD RAINE William Todd Raine, passed away at his rural Topeka home Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011. He was born Aug. 19, 1962, at Topeka, the son of William L. and Linda S. Ungeheuer Raine. Todd grew up in the Maple Hill community and graduated from Rossville High School in 1980. Todd owned Raine Concrete Construction for many years. He was a member of the Maple Hill Community Congregational Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Ruth Schlotz Raine and Dorothy Raine, and Loren and Lucille Uhlrig Ungeheuer. Todd was also preceded in death by a grandson Ryan William Herrin on April 2, 2011, and close friends, Billy Wild, Brian Fiedler and Bruce McDiffett. On June 19, 1993, he was united in marriage to Dana L. Collins at the Stone Church in Maple Hill. She survives of the home. Other survivors include a son Levi Raine of the home; a daughter, Erica (Matt) Herrin, Topeka; his parents Bill and Linda Raine, Topeka; a brother Troy Raine, Topeka. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 18, at the Maple Hill Cemetery, Maple Hill. Todd will lie in state and the family will receive friends on Wednesday, Aug. 17, at Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple St., St. Marys, from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Raine Children Educational Fund and sent in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple St., St. Marys, KS 66536.
