    W.H. Reeder Dies; Age 70
    William Harry Reeder, Route 1, Silver Lake, retired manager of J. Thomas Lumber Co., Silver Lake, died Thursday night shortly after arrival in a Topeka hospital. He had an apparent heart attack. He was 70.

    Born Feb. 15,1897, in Berryton, he had lived in the Silver Lake area many years. He was a 42-year employee of the lumber company.

    Mr. Reeder was a member of Silver Lake American Legion Post 160.

    Survivors include his wife, Agnes Reeder, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Ermly Broyles, Delia; a son, Robert H. Reeder, Evanston, Ill.; his mother Mrs. Ida S. Reeder, Stockton, Calif.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Dorothy David, Lombard, Hl.; and Mrs. Marcia Anderson, Silver Lake; three step-sons, George Brooks, Route 2, North Topeka, Sam R. Brooks Jr., Silver Lake, and Larry Brooks, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Dronberger, Stockton, Calif., and Mrs. Lillian Davis, Malibou, Calif.; a brother, Fred Reeder, Silver Lake, and two grandchildren, 12 step-grand-children and two step-great-grandchildren.
